*Discounts are applied to our base business labor rate of $185/hr. Block hour packages purchased at discounted rates do not expire for businesses with under 10 employees. On-site and/or remote support hours will be automatically deducted from your block support package and balances are available upon request at any time. One hour of labor will be deducted for every hour we work on your project between the hours of 8AM – 5PM Monday – Friday.
**For after-hours work, two hours will be deducted for every hour we work on your project. Our after hours labor rate is $290/hr for work outside of our 8AM – 5PM Monday – Friday business hours.

Do you offer on-site and remote IT support?

Yes! PC Good Guys offers both remote and on-site IT support throughout the Twin Cities area. When hands-on assistance is necessary, I can provide on-site service at your business location.

What are Business Block Support Hours?

Business Block Support Hours allow you to prepay for a package of IT labor hours that can be used whenever your business needs technical assistance. These packages help simplify IT budgeting, provide flexibility, and eliminate the need to approve individual labor charges for every support request. Best of all, your prepaid hours never expire (Block 40 & 80).

Do prepaid Business Block Hours expire?

Yes & No. Business Block 20 & 30 Support Hours expire 1 year from the purchase date.
Business Block 40 & 80 Support Hours purchased through PC Good Guys never expire. Your remaining hours stay available for future technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and other eligible IT services. This makes prepaid support an excellent option for businesses with occasional or fluctuating technology needs.

How are Business Block Hours deducted?

During standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, support time is deducted at a rate of one prepaid hour for each hour of service provided. For after-hours support, two prepaid hours are deducted for each hour of service. This structure provides flexibility while keeping labor usage transparent.

How much does Business IT Support cost?

My standard Business IT Support labor rate is $185 per hour in-shop or remote, with no minimum service requirement. The onsite service rate is $185 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
I also offer prepaid Business Block Hour packages for businesses seeking more predictable IT expenses. Contact PC Good Guys to discuss available packages and determine the most cost-effective support option for your organization.

Yes. All PC Good Guys business clients receive priority service because I understand how costly technology downtime can be. Do you provide data backup and disaster recovery solutions?

Yes. I help businesses develop practical backup and recovery strategies to protect important files, financial records, customer information, and operational data. Depending on your requirements, solutions may include local backups, cloud-based backups, automated backup schedules, and recovery planning. A properly designed backup strategy helps minimize data loss and business interruptions.

Can you help with Microsoft 365, email, and business software?

Yes. I provide assistance with Microsoft 365, business email configuration, software installation, account setup, troubleshooting, and general application support. I can also help businesses improve email security, configure authentication settings, and resolve common productivity software issues.
